Metro Cinema at Garneau Theatre
A charming documentary film about the beloved host of the popular children’s TV show Mister Rogers’. The 94 minute movie features interviews with his family and colleagues, archival film which reveals a would-be pastor who found a more important calling to provide an oasis for children on tv.
It’s free for Customer Appreciation Day.

Sea Change Brewery
Nanolog Audio and Sea Change Brewery are teaming up to launch a new brew. It’s an exquisite handcrafted English Dark Ale in the spirit of Nanolog’s science-driven warm and rich guitar tones.
The night will have guitars, amps and Nanolog’s new “Carbon Series” pedal lineup on display for demo and use. Anyone is welcome to bring any gear of their own to show off or use.

Albertan artists Edward Bader and Peter Greendale, John Freeman, Megan Morman and Isabel Porto unite to explore the viewer’s ability to connect places and things with their imagination. The artworks create a contemplative space where viewers are encouraged to reflect on how they see and connect to their surroundings.
