#1: Needs assessment

Detailed valuation of your wants and needs in a new home, as well as your timeline, priorities, and expectations for your buying experience.

#2: Advice

Whether you’re a first time buyer, a seasoned investor, relocating, upsizing, downsizing, etc., I’ll help you set goals and priorities for your buying experience.

#3: Current Market

Discuss current market conditions and how they can impact your purchasing decisions.

#4: Personalized Search

Set-up a search tailored specifically to you, based on your criteria — I’ll be notified immediately when new listings come onto the market and any new market data is available (such as price changes). All 24-48 hours before they’re accessible to the public via MLS.ca.

#7: Listen

The first shopping trip is the most important. I’ll learn what you like, what’s important to you, and the style of properties you like the best. This will help me to narrow the search to help you find the property best suited for you.

Look into the communities, amenities, zoning, and other factors making up your favorite locations.
